No. PROA does not act as an integrating agent. We are a training institution and upon completion of the courses we recommend qualified talent to partner companies.

You can choose the hiring model that best suits your company. It is common for our young people to start in apprenticeship, internship or CLT positions that do not require prior experience.
How does PROA select the young people who participate in the training?
Young people go through a selection process that assesses motivation, availability, and potential. After approval, they participate in three months of training focused on behavioral skills, digital tools, and job market preparation.
What kind of support does PROA offer to companies after hiring?
PROA accompanies young people's journey into the job market, offering support in adaptation, onboarding, and professional development.

How do I register for a vacancy on PROAJOBS?
Only young people who have completed the PROA Platform or Proprofissão can apply for vacancies. Access the link emprego.proa.org.br/oportunidades and register.
How do I access PROAJOBS?
To access the portal, visit portal.proa.org.br/logincandidato.aspx and enter your CPF (Individual Taxpayer’s Register) number without periods or dashes.
How does employability through PROA work?
After completing the course, you will receive access to PROAJOBS. There you apply for the positions you are interested in, and the companies invite candidates for interviews.
Do I need experience to apply for the vacancies?
No. Many of the vacancies are aimed at those just starting their careers. Companies are looking for young people who are willing to learn and develop.
Does PROA guarantee that I will get a job?
