- What do I need to sign up for Proprofissão?
You must be between 17 and 22 years old, be studying or have completed the 3rd year of high school in a public school, live in Greater São Paulo and be available for 4 hours per day.
- I don't know anything about technology. Can I take the course?
Yes. You don't need any prior technology knowledge to participate. The course is structured to start from scratch.
- What will I learn and how long will Proprofissão last?
You will learn full-stack programming and development in languages such as Java, Python, .Net, C#, or Kotlin; project development; market preparation; and expansion of cultural repertoire. The course lasts 6 months.
- What are the times and addresses of in-person classes at Senac?
In-person classes take place at Senac Lapa Tito. There are classes in the morning (from 9am to 1pm) and in the afternoon (from 2pm to 6pm).
- How many stages does the selection process have and how does it work?
The selection process has five stages: filling out a form, participating in an online meeting, recording a video solving a technological challenge, participating in a selection panel and, finally, a networking meeting with the company.
- Can I choose any time to participate in the selection process stages?Yes. You can choose the available times for each stage, according to your availability.
- Do I need to complete the course to participate in the employability program?
Yes. Only young people who complete the course can participate in the employability program offered by PROA.
