ABOUT US

Instituto PROA was created in 2007 for the purpose of creating opportunities for personal and professional development for low-income young people coming from public schools, helping them to become protagonists of their own stories and to enter the labor market. Since then, PROA has impacted more than 36,000 young people and today it operates in the States of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and Minas Gerais with two main projects: the PROPROFESSION course and the PROA Platform.

Alini Dal’Magro

CEO

Alini Dal'Magro has a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from USP, and a degree in Administration from UFSC.

She served as Head of the Technical Education Business Unit at Somos Educação and PMO responsible for the merger of Saraiva Educação.

Experience with new businesses, design and development of online courses, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, digital transformation and company structuring. She is currently CEO of Instituto PROA.

Regiane Tofanello

Director of Employability

Regiane studied Psychology at the University Center of Faculdades Metropolitanas.

She coordinated the human resources area at companies such as: Page Personnel, Hays and PepsiCo.

Today she works as Employability Manager at Instituto PROA, being responsible for managing the employability team, relationship with employers, and the perfect match between young people and job offers.

Jorge Hohmuth

Marketing Manager

Graduated in Social Communication with qualification in Advertising from Faculdade Cásper Líbero.

He has over 13 years of experience in managing advertising and marketing campaigns at large agencies such as Publicis, DM9 DDB serving advertisers in both national and international markets such as P&G, Itaú, Ambev, BRF and Sanofi.

Since 2019 he is the Marketing Management of Instituto PROA.

Wesley Linares de Lima

Operations Manager

Wesley attended the Mechanical Technician Course, graduated in Science with a major in Mathematics.

With specializations Lato Sensu in Institutional Psychopedagogy, in Digital Technologies and Innovation in Education and in Teaching in Technical and Higher Education (studying). Acting at Senac from 2008 until 2021, as a teacher of technical courses, free and corporate service and for 6 years as a PROPROFESSION teacher.

He is currently the Pedagogical Coordinator at Instituto PROA, responsible for all pedagogical actions at the institution.

Bruna Barletta

Institutional Manager

Bruna Barletta studied Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and is a Master's in Law from Columbia University in New York.

She has worked as a lawyer at companies such as: Demarest Advogados, and Columbia Law School. She was also an educational policy analyst at the Lemann Foundation.

Today, she works as Institutional Coordinator at Instituto PROA, being responsible for structuring and organizing the administrative, financial, legal, and people and management areas.

Érica Vieira

Employability Cordinator

Érica has a degree in Anthropology from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro.

She coordinated the administrative and human resources areas in companies such as: AGF group, Sintraconst Rio, OLX and Humanizadas.

She works as Employability Manager at Instituto PROA in the State of Rio de Janeiro, being responsible for the relationship with employers in Rio de Janeiro, and the perfect match between Rio's young people and vacancies.

Ricardo Alves

Coordinator of Pedagogical Operations

Ricardo attended a Technical Drawing and Mechanical Projects course, graduated in Industrial Design and Architecture and Urbanism, and completed postgraduate studies in Ergonomics and Architecture Project Management.

He worked at Senac from 2011 to 2021, where he taught and developed courses in the areas of Computer Graphics and Architecture, as well as teaching classes at ETEC São Paulo.

Currently, he is the Coordinator of PROPROFISSÃO at Instituto PROA.

Ana Laura Valério Silva

Product and Engagement Coordinator

Ana Laura studied Literature at the University of São Paulo and MBA in Administration at FIA.

She has worked as a didactic content editor in companies such as: Stage Educacional, Editora do Brasil, Saraiva Educação and FTD Educação.

She is currently the Product and Engagement Coordinator at Instituto PROA, responsible for coordinating the PROA Platform and engaging young people.

Darlene Nogueira

Customer Service Supervisor

Darlene Nogueira holds a degree in Marketing from Universidade Nove de Julho and in Commercial Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Communication. With 15 years of experience in the Commercial field, including 7 years in the Education sector at institutions such as Universidade São Judas Tadeu, Anhembi Morumbi, and FMU. Currently, she is the Customer Service Supervisor at Instituto PROA, responsible for the student experience team.

Letícia Nunes

Employability Specialist

Letícia has a degree in Law, Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Coaching. He coordinated the commercial of two large companies focused on the educational area: Kroton and Unyleya.

Today he works as an Employability Specialist at Instituto PROA in the Southern Region of the country, being responsible for contacting employers in RS and SC, and the perfect match between young southerners and vacancies.

Mayla Alencar

Employability Specialist

Mayla holds a degree in Commercial Management from Anhembi Morumbi and has a career spanning over 10 years in the educational and commercial sectors. Her experience includes roles at renowned institutions such as Vanzolini, Laureate, and Anima.

Michelle Claro

Data Specialist

She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo.

For the past 4 years, she has been working with data analysis and management.

She worked as a coordinator of educational projects in the Tech area at the organization Todas as letras and as a researcher and data analyst at Fiotec-Fiocruz, in the PrEP 15-19 project.

Rosani Bertelli

Operations Specialist

Rosani studied Pedagogy at Camilo Castelo Branco University and did a graduated in Teacher Training at UNICID.

She was a pedagogical advisor in companies such as: Saraiva Educação, SOMOS and Cogna Educação.

She is currently a Pedagogical Operations Analyst at Instituto PROA, responsible for engagement, management of young people in the PROPROFESSION course and relationship with partners and suppliers.

Túlio Freitas

Product Specialist

Túlio Freitas studied Systems Analysis and Development at Centro Universitário Monte Serrat.

He has worked as a web and front-end developer at companies such as: CaSoft, Factor Business Solutions, AllClick and Acesso Soluções e Pagamentos.

He is currently a Product Specialist at Instituto PROA, being responsible for developing the PROA Platform.

Ana Carolina Arnoni has a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

She has worked as an Event, Communication and Digital Operations Analyst in companies such as: Inspirar-te and IT Mídia.

She is currently a Marketing Analyst at Instituto PROA, being responsible for publicizing the Plataforma PROA selection process in the 4 states and all course demands, content production and event organization.

Pablo Ranfley

Learning Management System Administrator.

Bachelor of Industrial Design from São Judas Tadeu University, Technical Degree in Data Processing from ETEC, and also pursued a postgraduate degree in E-Learning Innovation at FMU. Always operating at the intersection of Design and Technology, began working in the field of education in 2016 and specialized in E-Learning Platform Administration during four years of employment at Espro.

Hugo Moreira

Employability Analyst

Hugo is a Management Processes student who started his career in the commercial sector. With 1 year of experience in insurance policy management, he transitioned to the Talent department at a Recruitment and Selection Consulting firm. Over the course of 5 years, he was responsible for managing relationships with the company's key clients, focusing on commercial positions.

Currently, he serves as an Employability Analyst with the mission of supporting young individuals in entering the job market at PROA.

Izabelly Bueno

Administrative Analyst

Izabelly graduated from the PROA Institute and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. She gained experience as a young apprentice at Ultragaz and also participated in the selection process for PROPROFISSÃO, working in various administrative roles. Currently, she is involved in the financial management of benefits for students, handling contracts, and managing supplier databases.

Nathália Lobato Pereira

Executive Analyst

Nathália studied Trilingual Executive Secretariat at FMU.

She has worked as a secretarial intern at Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro for 2 years. She was also a bilingual receptionist and commercial assistant at JHSF.

She is currently Executive Assistant at Instituto PROA, managing internal and external meetings, receiving and directing calls, in addition to organizing travel and the CEO's agenda.

Pamela Soares

Employability Analyst

Pamela studied Psychology at Paulista University and has over 7 years of experience in the Third Sector. She has dedicated her career to social causes, working to promote positive changes in people's lives. Today, she works as an Employability Analyst at the PROA Institute, where her mission is to connect young people with partner companies.

Miliani Greco

Partnership Analyst

Graduated in International Relations (PUC Minas), she has experience with the entire sales funnel, from the beginning of the connection to maintaining good relationships with partners.

She is currently a Partnership Analyst at Instituto PROA, responsible for the relationship with employers in Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and the new states that are coming, always seeking the perfect alignment of young people with opportunities!

Marketing Analyst

Mariane Oliveira graduated from Instituto PROA and is studying Publicity and Advertising.

She had experience in the marketing area as an intern at advertising agencies: Akm Performma, ASPOMIL and Lew'Lara\TBWA.

Currently, she is Marketing Assistant at Instituto PROA, responsible for publicizing the Plataform PROA selection process, website and event organization.

Emilly Barbosa

Marketing Analyst

Graduated at PROA Institute and currently majoring in Journalism at Centro Universitário FAM. She has experience with copywriting, management e-mail marketing platforms and teamwork. She also has worked as a young apprentice at Sírio-Libanês Hospital back office. Emilly is currently Junior Marketing Analyst at PROA Institute.

Project Analyst

Thayany graduated from Instituto PROA and is studying Psychology at Anhanguera Educacional.

She has previously worked as an administrative assistant at KeroMais.

She is currently a Project Assistant at Instituto PROA, being responsible for managing the activities of students in the PROA Platform course.

Kamilly Thamara holds a degree from the PROA Institute and is currently studying Administration, Business, and Marketing.

She gained experience in the administrative field as a young apprentice at Tirolez and Banco Itaú.

Currently, she works as a Marketing Assistant at the PROA Institute. Her role encompasses managing external partnerships, financial management, employment marketing, and the PROPROFISSÃO course.

Andressa Fernanda Lima

Operations Assistant

Andressa graduated from Instituto PROA and took the Professional qualification course in Administrative Routines at Asam.

She had experience in the administrative area as a young apprentice at the Honda Dealer company. Worked for 1 year and 6 months in the PROPROFESSION selection process in São Paulo and Recife.

She is currently an assistant in pedagogical operations at PROPROFESSION developing activities to support the engagement of PROPROFESSION students and assists in the pedagogical operations of the project.

Sol Silva

Employability Assistant

Sammara, known as Sol, was a student on the PROA Platform.

She began her career as a Youth Apprentice in the HR department for one year and five months, and expanded her knowledge in the field by enrolling at Cruzeiro do Sul University, where she is studying Human Resources.

Interested in recruitment and selection, she worked as an Operations Assistant at PROA for four months and is now an Employability Assistant at PROPROFISSÃO, with the goal of employing young people in the technology field.

2007

A group of entrepreneurs came together with a common dream: to help young people with few opportunities to become masters of their own lives. Based on this objective, Susanna Lemann, Marcelo Barbará and Florian Bartunek founded Instituto PROA.

2008

PROA started operations in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro with a course in small repairs in mechanics, automotive painting and business management.

2009

Even in a year of strong global crisis, new financiers arrive at PROA: Instituto Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and RB Capital join Fundação Lemann. The course that was previously divided into mechanics, automotive painting and business management classes, now the focus is on business management only.

2010

Quantitative leap: an increase from 190 to 300 young people benefited.

2011

PROA's first opportunities fair and new employers board the boat to support young people in finding their first job.

2012

Strengthening of our network of volunteers who collaborate for the development of young PROANES in events and activities.

2013

Historical result: 336 graduated students, 55% of PROA students fulfill their dream of starting higher or technical education, 97% attend the course, 88% young employees.

2014

PROA completes more than 1,000 young people trained and ready for the job market!

2015

Fundação Casas Bahia boards the boat to support us in transforming lives.

2016

Students Raissa Joseph and Larissa Cardoso create a rap that expresses exactly what young people feel when they become PROANES.

2017

PROA completes its first 10 years with 10 impact components: purpose, teamwork, expanding horizons, leadership, experience, recognition, transparency, management, achievement and excellence.

2018

PROACOINS appears, the PROA game that encourages users to circulate through thousands of cultural attractions, receiving credits for each question answered about the missions, being able to convert the coins into cultural or educational benefits.

2019

The first PROA Talks, an event that brought together more than 800 PROANES at the Municipal Theater of São Paulo, with speakers Luiza Heleza Trajano (Magazine Luiza), Nathalia Arcuri (Me Poupe!), Rodrigo Galvão (Oracle) and Tiago Alves (Regus ).

2020

Launch of the PROA teaching system “Youth on Board of the Future” composed of teaching materials to support young people: Life Project, Communication, Logical Reasoning and Experiences.

2021

The PROA Platform is born, whose main objective is to train more than 400 thousand young people online for the job market, with a focus on teaching socio-emotional subjects.

Kamilly Thamara holds a degree from the PROA Institute and is currently studying Administration, Business, and Marketing.

She gained experience in the administrative field as a young apprentice at Tirolez and Banco Itaú.

Currently, she works as a Marketing Assistant at the PROA Institute. Her role encompasses managing external partnerships, financial management, employment marketing, and the PROPROFISSÃO course.

Andressa Fernanda Lima

Operations Assistant

Andressa graduated from Instituto PROA and took the Professional qualification course in Administrative Routines at Asam.

She had experience in the administrative area as a young apprentice at the Honda Dealer company. Worked for 1 year and 6 months in the PROPROFESSION selection process in São Paulo and Recife.

She is currently an assistant in pedagogical operations at PROPROFESSION developing activities to support the engagement of PROPROFESSION students and assists in the pedagogical operations of the project.

Sol Silva

Employability Assistant

Sammara, known as Sol, was a student on the PROA Platform.

She began her career as a Youth Apprentice in the HR department for one year and five months, and expanded her knowledge in the field by enrolling at Cruzeiro do Sul University, where she is studying Human Resources.

Interested in recruitment and selection, she worked as an Operations Assistant at PROA for four months and is now an Employability Assistant at PROPROFISSÃO, with the goal of employing young people in the technology field.
