A group of entrepreneurs came together with a common dream: to help young people with few opportunities to become masters of their own lives. Based on this objective, Susanna Lemann, Marcelo Barbará and Florian Bartunek founded Instituto PROA.
PROA started working in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro with a course in small repairs in mechanics, automotive painting and business management.
Even in a year of strong global crisis, new financiers arrive at PROA: Instituto Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and RB Capital join Fundação Lemann. The course that was previously divided into mechanics, automotive painting and business management classes, now the focus is on business management only.
